Where to start - location alone is unbeatable. A relaxed 5 minute walk to Hastings Street/the beach. You feel really close to the action but not RIGHT in the middle of it which was absolutely perfect for our family trip. It was quiet and private yet quick and easy to get to the hustle and bustle. The house itself is incredible. Photos don’t do it justice. Two living areas which was brilliant for us as we had four young kids. Kitchen is huge and equipped with everything you need. A second kitchen that has outdoor access, perfect for evening drinks. Plenty of outdoor seating and areas to relax. The pool is fab (not heated but that was fine for us Tasmanians!) plus a heated spa. Very thoughtful house layout; all the bedrooms are upstairs, each of the rooms with its own bathroom and upstairs is completely soundproofed so no noise from downstairs for those who wish the sleep in. Couldn’t fault this stay. Only bad part was Ieaving. Hosts were amazing and so attentive. Can’t recommend more! - Sophia

House was amazing. So much space for all the family. We loved that each main bedroom had its own bathroom. Also great was the fact all the bedrooms were upstairs and kitchen and living down. Also the sound proof door at the top of the stair case was great for when the kids slept and the adults were down stairs. Location was fantastic, just a short walk to all the shops. The staff at holiday homes noosa were great communicators, very prompt with responses to all my questions before and during our stay. Would stay here again for sure! - Steven

Great spacious house close to Hastings Street. Each bedroom was large and comfortable beds for sleeping. Kids had their own space. Easy to walk to cafes, restaurants and beach!

Two huge lounge rooms. Generous big sofas and chairs. Huge kitchen, separate butler kitchen with windows opening onto the pool patio area. Big second fridge here. Great laundry. With access to large outdoor lines too so you don’t have to use the dryer all the time. Large barbecue area, also with huge dining table. All outdoor lounging and cooking under cover, so can be enjoyed even in the rain. Beautiful pool. Lovely gardens, bedrooms all large and nicely appointed. Lovely linen bed coverings Air conditioning that is zoned for different rooms so can be comfortable where ever you sit, but not waste energy cooling areas you are not using. It was very efficient. Just a beautiful home perfect for a group. We had three couples staying but you could have more and still feel you had lefty if room Short walk to Hastings street. Would love to stay here again. - Diana
